PRODUCTION

 

Granulation

  • 4 Rapid Mixer Granulation with capacity from 150 L to 600 L.
  • 4 Fluid Bed Dryer with capacity from 60 Kg to 250 Kg.
 

Compression

  • 2 Compression machine 37 station, D with capacity 60,000 to 80,000 tab/hr
  • One Compression machines 55 station, B tooling with capacity 150,000 to 2,00,00 tab/hr
  • One Compression machines 45 station, B tooling with capacity 90,000 to 1,20,000 tab/hr
  • One Compression machines 10 station, B tooling with capacity 50,000 to 60,000 tab/hr

Nine number of De duster cum Metal Detectors (Make Unique Equipment) are equipped with compression machines.

 

Coating

Auto Coater Machines of different sizes are also equipped along with other allied equipments

  • 4 Coating pan of 36 to 48 inches with capacity of 56-120 Kgs.
 

Capsule Filling

Fully Automated Capsule Filling Machine AF-40T equipped with a capacity of 40000 capsules/hour.

PACKING

 

11 Packaging lines comprises of various packaging machines:

  • 8 Blister packing machines having Thermo and cold forming features.
  • 2 Strip packing machines.
  • 1 Bottle packing machines having Counting/Silica/Pouch filling/Induction/sealing/capping/labelling
